If using Monterey Horticultural Oil and Monterey Liqui-Cop, which would I apply first? I will be spraying on 2 different days or if during winter, should I only use a dormant spray on my leafless apple tree?

Answer:

Monterey Horticultural Oil would be used as a dormant spray. Monterey Liqui-Cop would be used when you begin to see new growth on the apple trees per the product label.
