CB-80 will help knockdown the adult flies but you will still need to find the source of the infestation to get rid of them for good. We do recommend that you determine if you are actually dealing with drain flies or if they are in fact fruit flies. (you can google pictures of thes flies to help you identify them) A proper identification is important because the breeding areas where these pests develop can vary greatly.
