Is Hi-Yield Range and Pasture Triclopyr + D really non-selective?

I thought "non-selective" means it will kill everything it comes into contact with, including your lovely grass. How does it control weeds in pasture if it will kill the pasture itself?

Answer:

Hi-Yield Range and Pasture Triclopyr + D is not non-selective.  It will only control woody plants and annual and perennial broadleaf weeds that are growing in a pasture. This product will not harm any permanent pasture or range grasses.
