Is it necessary to use Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub as drench on crape myrtle trees in September....or should I wait till spring?

Answer:

Martins Dominion Tree and Shrub would be best applied when the trees are actively growing and not dormant.  You can apply in September if there is still growth.
