Is Milky Spore okay if I have already used GrubEx and DE powder?

I have used the organic DE(for short) powder to control ants, etc. and have applied GrubEx also. I still have grubs, so I'm looking at Milky Spore, but see it should not be used with other products. Thoughts? I also want to make sure it will not harm my earth worms. Thank you.

Answer:

Milky Spore can be used when other insecticides have been used but if you kill off the grubs before you use the Milky Spore than the spore will not have a way to multiply to kill off future grubs. Milky Spore will not harm earthworms.
