Organocide Bee Safe 3-in-1 Garden Spray RTS Quart With Hose End Attachment is not labeled to treat for chinch bugs. We would suggest Talstar XTRA Granules for Chinch Bugs. This granule is applied at the rate of 2.3 to 4.6 Lbs/1000 sq ft (100-200 lbs per acre) and should be irrigated immediately following the application with 0.25 inches of water to activate (release from the granule) the insecticide.  Chinch bugs can be one of the most difficult pests to control in grasses and higher application rates may be required to control populations that contain both nymphs and adults during the summer.
