Termidor SC is applied in a 6-inch deep x 6-inch wide trench around the home for the prevention and treatment of termites. It would not be effective just sprayed on the surface as you would for general pests, because termites are inches below when foraging for food and do not crawl on the surface. If you have an active infestation of termites inside you will have to find and directly spot-treat the wood they are infesting and apply in a trench.
