Is Q4 Plus effective on Virginia Pepperweed?

Last fall I planted Tall Fescue in a full sun area. It's come up marginally. Virginia Pepperweed is now present for the first time ever and came from either the seed or straw. It's mid July - can I use Q4 to broadcast treat this area to stop the invasion? Should I wait to fall? I want to oversees with Tall Fescue in the fall. Thanks!

Q4 Plus Turf Herbicide is labeled for pepperweed and is best applied when it just starts to emerge and is young. You can apply to a lawn seeded last fall.
