The 5 Star Fescue Grass Seed Blend would not be our recommendation for a winter grass in the Arizona area. We would recommend a Rye Grass for your winter season. Something like the Pennington Smart Seed Perennial Rye Blend. The best way to determine if this product would grow and establish well in your area would be to speak to somenone atyour Local Master Gardener center for what will thrive in your weather and environments conditions.
