Tempo SC is not specifically labeled for noseeums therefore cannot be recommended for soley treating noseeums. Talstar P or Onslaught Insecticide would be a better alternative to for noseeums and to treat other insects such as mosquitoes, midgegs, chiggers, fleas, ticks, etc. Applications should be focused on spraying the undersides of leaves on bushes, trees, shrubs, and the exterior perimeter fountation of the home. For the exterior foundation of the home, spray 2-3 ft up and 2-3ft from the foundation as well as spraying around window frames, window screens, door frames, and cracks and crevices that may be used as points of entry. including around windows. PT Microcare CS Pressurized Insecticide can be used as a contact kill/repellent around windows frames, screens and other entry points to the home.
