I have cluster flies in the voids in my walls and need to know if this fogger would kill over-wintering flies.
Foggers such as the FMC Pyrethrin Fogger will only kill insects exposed to the product at the time that you use it. While the active ingredient would certainly kill flies and other insects that are contacted, you likely would not see a significant reduction in the flies. To combat overwintering pests such as cluster flies, you should look for ways to exclude these pests and treat with insecticides like those in our Overwintering Pest Kit in the late Summer and Fall to keep pests out.
