Daylilies  green liriope and iris' are listed on pages 14 & 15 of the Hi-Yield Grass Killer Post-Emergent Herbicide product label as tolerable species. Yes this is a concentrate that you will mix with water and apply.  Please refer to the label for complete mixing and application instructions to ensure a safe eradication of unwanted grassy weeds.
