Several professional pest control techs have labeled our problem velvety tree ants. Will this product work on them?
Termidor SC is not labeled specifically for velvety tree ants, nor is it labeled for ant control treatments anywhere other than around the foundation of a home or other structure. Instead, if the ants are actively foraging, you could consider baiting with a combination of Maxforce Complete Granular Bait and Maxforce Quantum Ant Bait in the Ants No More Bait Stations, or mound drenching and treating the trees with a residual insecticide product like Talstar P Professional Insecticide at 1 oz. per gallon of water.
