    Best Bait Station

    By Barbara on 07/07/2020

I bought eight of these and they arrived well packaged in the box. I LOVE the fact that this model has an 8 pound paver in it. It has a REMOVABLE TRAY so you can clean it before putting in fresh bait. Very HAPPY Customer.

Overall good bait station - not noticeable

    By Rob on 09/09/2023

Very good product, I checked after a week of use. The bait had been eaten, and bait station was not moved at all thanks to the weight. I used other products, but larger critters tore them apart. I followed other reviews and was gentle with the key - no problem at all. This is a good product that hides well in your yard or landscaping.

Received damaged stations. Customer service corrected the i.

    By Erik on 12/21/2018

I commend domyown for their american-based customer service, all dealings were professional. Unfortunately I received several cases:all bait stations were damaged due to packaging and Mishandling and poor product design. Customer service made things right however it was a long process. While I recommend ordering other products I can't foresee this one arriving undamaged.

    Weak and difficult locks.

    By Michael on 01/21/2021

These stations do what they are supposed to do - mimic a rock. For our cabin in the woods, we wanted something that would not be eye catching and ordered these. The locks seem to depend on a spring that pushes a plunger back when the key is in the correct position. I am sure it would work well if used indoors, but ours are outside and subject to the elements on the mountain. Dirt and water gum up these locks and I have to work them on a workbench each time I need to check or re-fill the bait. One lock failed in the first two weeks and I can only get it to open with a very specific use of the key and a flat-head screwdriver from the bottom that luckily gives access to the locking mechanism. I didn't find any warranty info on the site. I would not recommend this bait station and would go with another option if one were available with a similar look.

Well made but a critical flaw.

    By Mark on 01/30/2023

I own several of these. The Lock is sturdy, the key is not. If it breaks in the lock the unit is done. You have to be "ginger" with the plastic key.
