Kaput Rodent and Tick Bait works both as a rodenticide and insecticide to control rodents and eliminate the ticks they carry, including those that may carry Lyme disease. It reduces the tick larvae on rodents, which in turn reduces the number of ticks that may bite humans. This product targets listed rodents, such as white-footed mice, Norway rats, and house mice. Reommended for use in and around structures like homes, food processing facilities, docks, buildings, and related structures. It also works as a follow-up treatment to prevent reinfestation of rodents.

For Rats: Apply 4 to 16 blocks per bait placement. Space placements at intervals of 15 to 30 feet in infested area. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 10 days or until there no longer are signs of new feeding by rats.
For Mice and Meadow voles: Apply 1 bait block per placement. Space placements at intervals of 8 to 12 feet in infested area. At points of extremely high rodent activity use 2 bait blocks. Maintain an uninterrupted supply of fresh bait for at least 15 days or until fresh signs of feeding by mice and meadow voles cease to appear.
For Follow-up treatment (Rats, Mice, Meadow voles): Immediately replace contaminated or spoiled bait. While wearing gloves, properly collect and dispose of all dead animals and leftover bait. To discourage reinfestation, limit sources of rodent food, water and harborage as much as possible. If reinfestation occurs, repeat treatment. Where a continuous source of infestation is present, establish permanent bait stations. Regularly check the stations and replace bait as needed.
