Keratex Hoof Gel is specially formulated to help restore the quality and strengthen your horse's hooves that suffers from hoof deterioration during wet and humid weather. It provides a waterproof, breathable and protective layer over the hooves of the horse to help prevent them from softening, breaking and splitting in wet conditions or muddy places. It helps keep the hoof water-tight by stopping the water from penetrating the internal structures of the hooves and preserve the moisture in to help repair naturally, as well as maintain the flexibility of the hoof wall, heel, sole and frog of the horse's feet. It is also best for use on horses that are prone to hoof breakage, punctures, crumble, weakness and cavities in the foot and sole area. With regular use, it will help horses fight the effects of daily activities on hooves such as stabling, schooling, roadwork, and climate. Product comes in 1 liter bottle.

Shake Before Use. Start with a clean, dry hoof. After several applications the hoof will be easier to clean and dry as most water will run off, and what remains can be dried with a cloth. Apply to the hoof wall using a hoof brush. Start just below the coronary band and work downwards. For complete protection, apply to the sole and frog as well. Allow to dry before riding or turning out. When dry, buff with a cloth for a natural sheen.
Do not use conventional hoof oils and greases with Keratex Hoof Gel.
Use every 2 days except in dry conditions, when Hoof Gel can be applied every 4 days.
Apply an extra coat before riding out in snow or in extremely wet, muddy conditions.
