Koppert Spidex 100 ml (310) is a unique product that's specially made to effectively control Tetranychus urticae or commonly known as two spotted spider mites, particularly during younger stages. It works when predatory mites and nymphs hunt for their prey and suck them dry which turns the adult red spider mite's color from brown to black. It may be spotted as little black dots on the leaves but it shouldn't be confused with light brown to dark red live spider mites. It's very easy to use, simply spread it on leaves or spill into DIBOX (application boxes). It can also be scattered using AIRBUG mite blower for lower crops. This comes in a 500 ml bottle which contains 2,000 Phytoseiulus persimilis adults (Predatory Mites) mixed with wood chips.

Introduction
Environmental conditions
Relative humidity should be greater than 75% and the temperature above 68F (20C) for some hours of the day. Phytoseiulus persimilis does not enter diapause.
Storage and handling
Biological beneficials have a very short life expectancy and therefore need to be introduced into the crop as soon as possible after receipt. Storing them for a period can have a negative impact on their quality and is only possible under the conditions described below. Koppert B.V. is not liable for any loss of quality if the product is stored for longer than recommended and/or under incorrect conditions.
