Lady Bug Natural Brand Revitalizer Compost is a blend of trace minerals along with five beneficial composts and contains no Biosolids aka sewer sludge! Contains a blend of humus; horse, turkey, and cow composts; humates and granite sand. Modeled after research completed by the Soil Food Web, Inc, the makers of Revitalizer select only the highest quality compost available, then blend one batch at a time. As some plants prefer to be surrounded by different microorganisms, the blend of manure composts and humus provides a variety of beneficial bacterial and fungal microorganisms. Revitalizer Compost is used for improving and enriching textures of garden soils; top dressing lawns, gardens, and landscapes; loosening compacted and heavy clay soils; mulching around shrubs and trees; and for stimulating the microbial life for nutrient uptake and availability and for natural disease suppression.

No, the Lady Bug Natural Brand Revitalizer Compost contains humus and manure compost. Peat Moss is a compost made almost entirely of dead moss.
