How It Works
These bottles have ball-point tubes, which work on vacuum lock, not valve seal. The control ball serves as a piston and releases water out of the tube when nudged inwardly. When the bottle is filled and first inverted, you must press the control ball, and let the water trickle out until the vacuum-lock develops inside the bottle, before placing it on the cage. Be sure rubber stopper is securely pressed into the bottle neck. A few drops of water may drip until the water warms to the surrounding air temperature. This is normal.
Filling Instructions
To fill, simply flip the easy-open wide mouth top and pour water inside. No need to remove the bottle from your pet's cage.
Washing Instructions
To wash, remove bottle from cage. Remove lid and use a mild dish soap to gently clean the inside. You may find that a bottle brush is helpful. Please be sure to rinse bottle completely before refilling and returning the bottle to your pet's cage.
