Be sure your pet is trained to use the water bottle before leaving alone. Check the water daily. With proper use, bottles do not leak. THIS IS A BALL BEARING DRINKING TUBE, DRIPPING WILL OCCUR UNTIL A VACUUM DEVELOPS. Occasional dripping is normal. Remove and clean weekly.
