Looking for something to use in my garden without killing Liriope. Will Acclaim Extra Selective Herbicide kill the Liriope?

Also, what time of year should I apply this product? I'm in PA, outside of Philly.

According to the product label for Acclaim Extra Selective Herbicide, it states that it may be used on Liriope. This product should be applied when the target weeds are actively growing and healthy.
