APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Application Equipment
Application can be made with the following types of low or high volume spray equipment: machine ground spray application (open cab groundboom), ground spray application (open cab airblast sprayer), high pressure hand wand sprayer, backpack sprayer.
Constant Agitation Before and During Application
Shake well before using and frequently while applying. If agitation is stopped for an extended period of time, the spray solution must be thoroughly re-mixed prior to further use.

And the label says for mites in general, doesn't say for which types, so one can assume all types. Also, other sources list this miticide for russet mites.
Magus Miticide does not list Russet Mites specifically on the label and that is the reason we cannot say it will for sure work on them. In general, it is labeled for mites and you may confirm with the manufacturer of the product in regards to russet mites. Gowan may be reached at 800-883-1844.
