All products (exceptions noted below) carry a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Midwest Rake Company assumes no liability for consequential damages caused by a product's failure to conform to the written warranty except where required by law.

Warranty Exceptions
Tools or accessories which are abused or worn out from normal use are excluded from this warranty. Striking tools and Northstar Utility Economy Shovels are also excluded from this warranty.
