This feeder works good if your plants are below your waist. If you are trying to fertilize high hanging baskets it awkward and heavy.

Inadequate directions Container keeps filling up to top with water as spraying continues. Unsure as to when “first dose of Miracle Grow is dispensed or even if it getting to plants!

This feeder is designed to keep filling up with water as you use it. There is no way to determine when you have finished using the product - the water starts out blue and is still blue, although a lighter shade, when all of the product is used. So, you then have to then safely dispose of the blue water somehow. Scott's doesn't have a recommendation for that... I tried running for a longer period; the blue was still there. I would like to return to the feeder with the siphon tube so you can tell when you have used all of the product as the container is empty!
