    When is the best time to apply Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food?
    before its to rain? or when its not to rain

    Per the manufacturer, Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food can be applied at anytime. If plants are experiencing drought or really dry soil, then it is suggested to water the plant before applying the product. Light to moderate rain is perfectly fine before or after an application. If heavy rain or storms are predicted it is suggested to wait until the following morning once the rain has stopped to apply the product.

    How can 1/2 teaspoon of Miracle Gro diluted in one gallon of water really feed plants.?
    It would be so diluted, in my opinion so as to be ineffective as a plant food.

    Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food is mixed at 1/2 tsp per gallon of water for indoor plants and 1 TBSP per gallon of water for outdoor plants. This application is made to indoor plants once every two weeks and outdoor every 7-14 days. The dilution recommendations are important and will provide enough food to the plant and still be very effective if following the product label instructions.

    A
    Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food will still work if it rains 8 hours after application. n fact the rain will help it to penetrate  more quickly.

    Once Miracle-Gro granules are diluted in water, how long is the solution effective?
    A

    We would not recommend to leave Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food diluted longer than 24 hours. Water is the carrier and leaving it as a mixed solution for longer than 24 hours may allow it to loose it's efficacy.

    It is recommended that you re-apply Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food every 7-14 days to ensure that your plants thrive. If it rains after this product is applied, there is no need to reapply the product since it works instantly.

    We would recommend waiting at least 24 hours applying Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food  to continue watering your plants. Be sure to apply the product to your plants every 7-14 days for the best results.

    Will the All Purpose Plant Food harm the surrounding grass?

    You should avoid applications to turf when using Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food. It should only be used for Houseplants, Flowers, Vegetables, Roses, Shrubs and Trees.

    How often should I use Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food on fruit trees?

    Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food is not labeled for fruit trees.  We would recommend using a fertilizer that is intened for fruit trees such as, Ferti-Lome Fruit, Citrus and Pecan Tree Food 19-10-5

    I understand indoor vs outdoor, but is there a difference in application for outdoor plants in pots with Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food?

    Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food states on the label for outdoor plants mix 1 ½ tbsp per 1 ½ gallons of water in watering can.  This would apply to in ground or potted plants.

    What is the strength of the Miracle-Gro Water Soluable All Purpose Plant Food? I have a older box that is 15-30-15.
    I have a plastic box with a measuring scoop that I saved, but the last box I bought had those bags not bulk like I'm used to. Not suited for measuring especially when used for in-door watering. What's UP?

    Should I use Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food if it's a little windy?

    Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food is mixed with water so the wind will effect it if it is over 5 mph. We would recommend not spraying when it is over that.

    Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food is best stored where it would not get wet before use.  Since it is water soluble, any moisture would cause it to break down and become less effective.
