While Miracle-Gro Water Soluble Miracid Acid-Loving Plant Food is primarily for acid-loving flowers such as azaleas, rhododendron, and hibiscus, the product label states that it is safe for all plants. You would getter better fruiting and yield if you use a tomato-specific fertilizer, such as Miracle-Gro Tomato Food or FoxFarm Happy Frog Tomato and Vegetable Organic Fertilizer 7-4-5.

Its leaves are coming out yellowish.
Since climatis plants do prefer a slightly acidic soil, you could potentially use Miracle-Gro Water Soluble Miracid Acid-Loving Plant Food for them. While this plant is a heavy feeder and needs to be fertilized throughout the growing season, you would not want to use this much nitrogen for most feedings. You may consider a more balanced fertilizer later on, such as Grow More All Purpose Plant Food. For added greening, use a product with iron such as Ferti-Lome Chelated Liquid Iron and Other Micro Nutrients.
