Monterey Brush & Vine Control is for woody plants/brush and vines and is not labeled to kill grass.
Per the Monterey Brush & Vine Control label: Do not apply this product directly to, or allow to drift to, grapes, vegetable crops, flowers, ornamentals, or other desirable foliage. Applications should be made when wind is low and there is little chance of spray drift.
We would recommend cutting any vines growing around desirable plants, flowers, ornamentals, etc and applying to the directly fresh cut surface using a paint brush or wiping technique. Do not spray this product within the drip line of any desirable plants.
Monterey Brush & Vine Control is not labeled to control or kill azaleas however per the product label, this product should not be around vegetable crops, flowers, ornamentals, or other desirable foliage.
For best results, apply as a full coverage foliar spray when brush and weeds are fully leafed out and actively growing. Wilting or other symptoms will occur in 1 to 6 weeks. Apply only when the air is calm to prevent drift to desirable vegetation.
