The Monterey Fruit Tree, Vegetable and Ornamental Fungicide is an effective product to use for a broad spectrum of ornamental, vegetable and fruit plant diseases. The general purpose is control and eliminate harmful diseases on shrubs, bulbs, flowering plants and foliage plants. Some diseases controlled are anthracnose, leaf spot, scab, botrytis and leaf blight. The product can be used on fruit trees like peaches, cherries, apricots and more. For vegetable garden, it is mainly used on vegetable crops to control downy mildew, graymold, early and late blight and other vegetable diseases.

Ornamentals:

It is a preventative general purpose fungicide based on the active ingredient chlorothalonil. It is widely used in the agricultural market under the trade name "Bravo," and also in the turf and ornamental market under the trade name "Daconil 2787."

No, Fruit Tree, Vegetable & Ornamental Fungicide does a poor job of controlling powdery mildew. However, it does control black spot.
Can it be used on turf?
Not anymore. This usage for all Chlorothalonil based fungicides was canceled by EPA.
I have spots on my Crabapple trees. Can I use it to control this?
Yes. Fruit Tree, Vegetable & Ornamental Fungicide controls both scab and cedar-apple rust on crabapples. Both are common diseases.
