Brown Patch Fungus

I talked to a very nice lady on the phone in regards to what I should try. She told me about this fungus Monterey. It sounded like it would be the thing I needed. I ordered it that day and expected it in the couple of days. Well it took a week as you all were out of it and the fungus really spread a lot. Having a hard time trying to contain it and have nice green grass again. So far no results yet,

Just wondering if this products I needed for my roses. I begin to see some some white gray stuff on the leaves of the rose plant.
You may have a disease called powdery mildew on the roses. Monterey Fungi-Fighter can be used to treat this disease, as can most other common fungicides. Per the product label, use 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz) per gallon of water. Thorough coverage is needed for best results. Apply at bud break and then every 10 days.
