The Monterey Perc-O-Late Plus is specially formulated to help increase water penetration into the soil so waste of water can be reduced. It contains Nitrogen plus micronutrients Iron, Manganese, and Zinc which helps condition soil for greater efficiency of water. It boosts the rate of water that soaks into the soil to minimize run-off. It is designed for Western soils and ideal to use on flowerbeds, turf, vegetable gardens with drought conditions and trees in hard-to-wet areas.

MONTEREY PERC-O-LATE PLUS can be used through any hose-end applicator or sprinkler can.
Established Grass:
1 quart to 5,000 square feet (1 pint in hose-end sprayer will cover 2,500 square feet). Repeat monthly.
Matted Lawns:
1 quart to 2,500 square feet (1 pint in hose-end sprayer will cover 1,250 square feet). Repeat monthly.
Flower Beds, Vegetable Gardens:
2 teaspoons in 1 quart of water to 20 square feet. Repeat monthly.
Citrus, Fruit and Shade Trees:
Established Trees - 1/4 pint in 20 gallons of water around drip line of tree.
Potted Plants:
1 teaspoon in 1 quart of water as required.
