  • Asked by Fred from Portland
    04/15/2021
    Q
Can I plant green beans in a garden after using Monterey Vegetable & Ornamental Weeder?
    A

Monterey Vegetable & Ornamental Weeder is best applied to established plants only so not prior to seeding of plants.  Per the manufacturer:  The way to think about it is that it affects seed germination, and once the plants have emerged from the ground and are actively growing, it is safe to spray. So, let the beans come up and then spray over them and water into the soil. Or you can let your normal garden irrigation do that for you.
