Unfortunately the Talstar in the Mosquito Control Kit - Economy is not designed to be used in a fogger of any sort, only sprayers or large mist blowers like a Solo 451. Using Talstar or any other insecticide could clog your equipment or lower the efficacy of the product as the ingredients are not designed for this type of application. You may want to consider some of our Fogging Concentrates to see which best fits your needs and type of fogger.
The Mosquito Control Kit-Economy is geared specifically for eradication of mosquitoes but the liquid concentrate in the kit, Talstar P is labeled for fungus gnats. Bonide Systemic Granules can be used indoors to help control the larvae of the fungus gnat. Be sure to read and follow the product label for best results. Fungus gnats are usually found in plants that have been overwatered, so allowing containerized plant soils to dry will be the key to eliminating this pest.

We would recommend using our Mosquito Control Kit. If there are areas where there is sitting water, you will use the Mosquito Beater WSP. This will kill the mosquito larvae in that area. Talstar P can be used in the areas where you have seen mosquito activity. This can be broadcast across your lawn, used on flowers, trees, etc. It cannot be used around any edibles. The mixing ratio is 1 fl. oz. per gallon of water.
If you are needing to control mosquitoes around a fruit or vegetable garden, then we would recommend using Essentria All Purpose insecticide, which is an all-natural insecticide with no label restrictions for use around edibles or around bodies of water with aquatic life. Another popular option is Mosquito Barrier, which is a contact kill and then a repellent up to 30 days once dry.
