While Tengard SFR Termiticide Insecticide is safe for pets and people/children to resume normal activity in a treated area, we are not sure if your dog would have any sort of allergic or adverse reactions to consuming grass that has been treated with the product. Typically if the surface is dry, it should only harm something the size of an insect. Since products like Tengard can often leave plant surfaces oily to the touch, you may want to keep pets out of an area that looks this way for a few days until its had time to dry and absorb longer. You can also consult your vet or the manufacturer directly.
