    Using Neem Oil Concentrate 70% as a fungicide or insecticide: Mix 2 tbsp. per 1 gallon of water. Spray all plant surfaces including the undersides of leaves until completely wet.

    Yes, you can mix neem oil and water. Depending on the neem oil you are looking to use like the Neem Oil Concentrate 70% the mixing rate is labeled to use 2 tbsp per one gallon of water.

    Do I need to have applicator's certification to apply neem oil in Mississippi?

    While we are unsure if there are any specific restrictions in your region, The Neem Oil is a natural and organic product that in most states is legal for you to apply without having a license so long as you are applying it to your own property and not as a business for profit. We do not have any restrictions keeping us from shipping the product to a non-licensed individual in your state.

    Can Natural Guard Neem Concentrate be used indoors to treat for pests?
    Also, if okay to use indoors will it stain?

    Neem Oil Concentrate 70% should not be applied indoors for treating pests. It is labeled to apply to indoor houseplants and listed outdoor applications only.

    What are the "other ingredients" in the Natural Guard Neem Oil Concentrate 70%?
    I'm guessing you won't disclose the “secret ingredients” because they aren't actually natural. Transparency is everything! I should know what I'm spraying on my food!

    How long does it take to kill fleas outdoors and can it be used indoors?
    I use to use malithion it works ok but you have to spray after each rain and its not good for people or animals to breath. Is the neem oil any more productive and is it ok for human and animals to be around?

    Are the inert 30% ingredients toxic to humans or animals in any way?
    A

    Per the manufacturer Neem Oil Concentrate 70% could be toxic to humans and animials, and should you come in contact with if wash skin with soap and water or flush eyes with plenty of water.

    What is the dilution rate for Natural Guard Neem Oil Concentrate 70% to use on my lawn to treat large/brown patch?
    I understand that this product is not normally used as a lawn fungicide, and it is probably not recommended as such. Would 2 tbs/gal still be the dilution factor in this case?

    Natural Guard Neem Oil Concentrate 70% is not labeled for treatment of lawn for fungus. We do offer professional fungicides that can be rotated for brown patch and large patch, such as Clearys 3336F, Eagle 20EW, and Azoxy 2SC

    The product label for Natural Guard Neem Oil Concentrate 70% states the following: "This product is toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment. Do not apply this product while bees are actively visiting the treatment area."

    Is Natural Guard Neem Oil Concentrate 70% safe for pollinators such as honey bees?
    A

    Natural Guard Neem Oil Concentrate 70% can injure bees if they are contacted directly or contact a wet surface.  It is recommended to avoid spraying when they are in the area (treat early morning or late evening when they are less active) and do not spray the blooms where they would be visiting.
