I have a variety of ants in my back yard. I thought it would be a good idea to use a bait, instead of spraying. So I used the Niban Granular Bait, after seeing the other reviews and thinking it would work. I spread the bait, exactly as it was said to do on the instructions, on and around the ant beds, hoping it would work. I came out, 24 hours later, and the ants were using the bait to build their mounds. I came back a week later, and there were more ant beds than when I started. Now, I have the remaining bait in my garage, and don't want to use it again. This stuff doesn't work.

Wanted a product to kill ants hills in my yard. Applied as directed, ant hills popping up everywhere. Would not recommend this product.

This product doesn't work on snails. The label says it does, but sadly it doesn't.

Well, that was frustrating. I moved into a new house that has a cricket problem. I used this around the perimeter of my house twice over the course of 2 1/2 weeks and it's done absolutely nothing. Crickets are still all over the place inside and out, happily hopping all around the perimeter exactly where I've applied the Niban. They seem to be immune to it.

Great shipping, but after 3 weeks I have not seen a reduction in snails. Used as directed and even applied more after 2 weeks even though it said not to apply more than monthly. Snails are so bad I was using a shop vac to pick them up. I do not recomend for snails.

I purchased 2 4 lb shakers of Niban Granular Bait about 3 months ago; today, after I'm finally sure it's not going to rain in the next 48 hours, I started to apply it. I have no idea whether it works well or not, as I just put some on this morning. I bought it to control snails, on the recommendation of an expert. However, I will not buy any more. Why? The grains don't come out of the holes in the shaker!!! You get one very anemic shake, then another, then you have to turn the container upside down and shake it hard, then you get one anemic shake, then another, then repeat the upside down, etc, etc. In frustation I took the cap off and tried to evenly spread it that way. Of course, I got it spread, but much of it in huge piles when a big bunch came out. I used 2 lbs on one medium sized flowerbed. It doesn't help that I have back and leg problems, and it hurts to do it this way.

I have had the product down in basement for 3 weeks now but have not seen reduction in camelback crickets nor dead bodies. Yesterday we put some Niban in small jar lids and stuck them under installation on ceiling. Hope this works.

never killed ONE CRICKET! I covered the areas - read instructions, maybe it kills Roaches but we have NONE here just these aggravating KRAZY Crickets that make noise all day and all night they never SHUT... this was over $40.00 - RIPPED OFF, they need to take the Crickets OFF THE lable, this is simply BORIC ACID - good for roaches, does not do a thing to CRICKETS
