A great product to use in the ceiling void would be an insecticide dust. Tempo 1% Dust is the most popular choice for flying stinging insects. You would apply it into voids, cracks, and crevices using a hand duster like the B&G Bulb Duster 1150. Dust has long residual and is picked up easily by these insects with the tiny hairs on their bodies.

Nuvan Prostrips could potentially be used to treat a closet so long as it is completely sealed up so the vapor cannot escape, and the closet stays sealed up for at least 2 weeks to give enough time for the vapor to penetrate the entire area.
Nuvan ProStrips can be used to safely treat vinyl records if you suspect that bedbugs have infested them. You can place in a box and tape well so that no vapors escape or you can put the box in a large contractor trash bag and seal that well. The other option is to just thoroughly inspect the records to see if there are in fact any bugs infesting and if so move those over to a trash bag, place a strip in there and seal it up. You will need to leave sealed for at least 2 weeks to ensure death of any bugs.
Nuvan ProStrips are not labeled for use in the open spaces/rooms of the home/attic. Talstar P will kill mud daubers that come into contact with treatedareas for a sufficient amount of time to receive a lethal dose. Youwill need to dilute 1 fl oz of Talstar P per gallon of water andbroadcast spray over the areas where you have noticed activity. Most folks notice only very limited results from broadcast sprays ofinsecticides for cicada killers because they don't land and walkaround for a long enough time before entering their undergroundburrow. Nuvan ProStrips should be safe if applied as directed on the product label. They are applied in confined areas and will be fine if placed in a container that is sealed or a trash bags to eradicate bedbugs on those items that cannot be washed/dried or treated another way that are infested. Nuvan ProStrips should NOT be applied in a hotel room. They are designed for confined areas only. We recommend that you treat chemically and non-chemically (vaccum, steam, launder linens/curtains in heat, encasements etc). The products that you mentioned should be applied as directed and will help with this pest. Temprid can be applied weekly to infested rooms, dust the voids and treat with Bedlam every two weeks.
Technically, yes, if applied according to the label instructions, Nuvan ProStrips can be used in a car (with all windows and doors fully closed) without posing any risk to nearby cars or buildings. Nuvan strips must be kept in an enclosed space for a minimum of 2 weeks in order to be effective. You’ll use one strip per 100 to 200 cubic feet of enclosed area. After the car has been closed up with the strips for a minimum of 2 weeks, you’ll want to let the car air our for a couple hours before occupying.
Nuvan ProStrips only release a vapor to kill insects listed on the label, it should not damage any items at all when used as directed. You will have to leave the bag sealed for 2 weeks to kill anything that could be in the cases.
Nuvan ProStrips will kill bedbugs, bedbug eggs, and roaches, but it is not labeled to kill roach eggs nor to be used to treat whole rooms. We recommend keeping items sealed in a bag for a minimum of two weeks in order to kill roaches, bedbugs, and bedbug eggs. We would recommend one of our roach control kits.
