During some really high temperatures ants kept finding trails into the house....especially in the kitchen. A building inspector I know from work gave me a tube. I had tried everything but they always came back. I put some gel on the baseboards and near places i saw them. I swear i looked down the next day and they were gone. Then out the corner of my eye i saw one stray near the ceiling. I look up and ants were either at the top of the wall or on the ceiling...! The gel scared them and they wouldn't come anywhere near it. After we got rid of the few strays...placed gel around the entire door sill...I have not seen a single ant. Not even in the kitchen. Amazing stuff!

Optigard is the best treatment for ants I've ever used. I have gotten rid of them strolling around my pool deck and even after they found a way to enter my house. Takes a few days for them to disappear once they've transferred the Gel to one another, but works and easy to apply.

Every Spring we get these little black ants in our kitchen. We've tried damn near everything to get rid of them and nothing was effective. At night after supper I put three small, approx .5 inch, strips around my sink. The next morning they were all gone and we haven't seen an ant since. Yes It's a little pricey but it works!!

This has worked very well for me both in door and out door. The ants do like it fresh rather than dried out so I put a small amount often as I had a huge number of ants. When I had exterminators come to the house they used something that killed all living things which really wasn't necessary. This does appear to target the ants only. Just keep up with small amounts consistently.

These nests were probably in the wall. Within an hour the gatherers were on the small dab of gel. The next morning not a trace. Even the few dead that overdosed had been removed from the bait area. In my case all 3 areas were a 24 hour kill. One was under the kitchen sink area, another under the sink in the master bath area and the last in a garage cabinet. I used the gel outside at he base on an Oleander tree that was covered in Ants. Re applied the gel on the second day and that finished off what appeared to be a vast nest. Used it outdoors a second time and no trace of Ants 24 hours later. I have yet to use the 4 pack I purchased from you. The original syringe was given to me by a generous owner of our local pest control business to hold off my invasion till his technician could do a light exterior treatment with Termador. He also said those two products reshaped the pest control business Nationwide regarding Ants and Sub Termites. Double Thumbs Up.

This stuff is great! I don't know the species of ant that caused my issue but they constantly came up through slab foundations of my properties. They persisted through treatments with products from the big box home improvement stores and even through a professional exterminator treatment. I finally spoke to a super helpful exterminator who was to busy to treat my place BUT suggested this stuff. He said it's the same product he uses so I gave it a try. The ant population was reduced dramatically within a few days. After a second treatment, there were just a few here and my tenant was happy again. All of the buildings in this neighborhood are on slab so I think ants are endemic. Most recently, I used it at my house on a colony that was destroying my slate patio and beginning to enter the house. I squirted a strip near their nest entrance and they were gone the next day. I haven't seen one on the patio or in the house since.

This stuff is amazing and works so well. The ants gather round and few hours later are gone.

Use this in our restaurant and motel plus my house. Works really well they take the bait to there nest and a few days later their gone

Kitchen was over run with sugar ants. Applied this one day and the next not an ant in sight.
