Ortho MAX Malathion Insect Spray Concentrate is mixed at 2 tsp. per gallon of water for most applications. Please refer to the product label for complete application instructions.

How often must I apply to foundation, plants, etc.?
The product label on Ortho MAX Malathion Insect Spray Concentrate states to apply when necessary, waiting at least 10 days between each application.

You will want to apply newspaper, rags or sawdust on the spilled liquid and sweep towards the center of the floor. With heavy duty bags and gloved hands, dispose of the contents. Mix 1 cup of Tide, 2 cups of liquid 409 and 5 gallons of hot water and scrub the floor with a stiff brush (including all surfaces splashed as well as crevices) and then wipe the area. This should be repeated twice to receive the results you are seeking.
