    Per the product label, you should reapply Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns Ready-to-Use every 3-4 weeks .

    Is it safe to use Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns around veggies?
    A

    Per the manufacturer Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns Ready-to-Use cannot safely be used on or near edible vegetation.  It should not be applied within 24 inches of any edible vegetation.  For nutsedge in garden areas it is recommended to spot treat with a glyphosate product directly.  We recommend Roundup QuickPro 1.5 oz packs for ease of use.

    It is recommended to apply Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns Ready-to-Use on targeted weeds when they are actively growing and less than 3 inches high to achieve best results.

    How long after application of Ortho Nutsedge Killer do I need to wait before planting a vegetable garden?
    A

    You would need to wait at least 1 year after applying Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns Ready-to-Use to areas to plant anything edible.  Otherwise you would need to complete remove the treated soil and replace with new unsprayed soil if you need to plant sooner.  Avenger is an all natural alternative to glyphosate and you can plant 2 weeks after application.

    It is recommended that applications of Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns Ready-to-Use not be applied when temperatures are over 85 degrees.

    Is it safe to use Ortho Nutsedge Killer in a flower bed?
    I have a island flowerbed in front of my house that is currently exclusively occupied by mulch and nut grass. My plan is to spray the entire area to kill everything then come back and plant flowers. How long should I wait before planting?

    No, Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns Ready-to-Use is not labeled to be used in flower beds, it is only labeled to be used in turf. 

    Image Kills Nutsedge is listed tolerant on a few ornamentals to control nutsedge and other weeds. Refer to the product label for specific ornamentals this can safely be used around before applying.

    Can Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns Ready-to-Use be sprayed close to Ninebark shrubs?
    A

    Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns Ready-to-Use should not be applied over the top of flowers, ornamentals, or garden vegetables as injury may result. Avoid applying when windy to prevent drifting to other plants and do not apply within the dripline of desirable plants.
