It is formulated with special ingredients to effectively kill over 250 weeds such as Clover, Dandelion, Plantains, Ground Ivy (Creeping Charlie), Wild Violet, Thistles, Yellow Oxalis, Pennywort (Dollarweed), Wild Garlic on cool and warm season turfgrasses like Ryegrass, Kentucky bluegrass,Tall and Fine fescues, Bermudagrass, Centipedegrass, Zoysiagrass, Buffalograss and Bahiagrass. It guarantees to provide result a few hours after application, plus a waterproof feature for an hour so you can be sure it will not wash off easily. This liquid concentrate formula kills to the roots without damaging the lawns.

Per the product label for Ortho Weed B Gon Weed Killer For Lawns Concentrate 2: allow at least 12 hours after application before any watering or irrigation occurs. This product does not have to be watered in to work as it is designed.
