Pennington Alaska Pure Kelp Liquid Fertilizer contains eleven naturally occurring nutrients that are essential for healthy plant growth. This water soluble and all-purpose plant food provides plants with the beneficial nutrition found in sea kelp from the waters of the North Atlantic. The concentrated formula is easy to use and can be used year-round on houseplants as well as in hydroponic garden systems. A few tablespoons per gallon of water is all that's necessary. The 32-ounce bottle will make up to 10 gallons of solution. Please consult the label for specific instructions for different types of plants and usage.

I have both raised bed and in grown vegetables.
Pennington Alaska Pure Kelp Liquid Fertilizer is used in Hydroponic Gardening. Add 2 tbsp. to a gallon of water and spray foliage of plants being grown in hydroponic systems.
