The Pennington Bare Spot Repair Mix Central is a mixture that patches bare spots and even areas that were damaged by pets. You can also use this to seed small new lawns. It quickly germinates to create a great coverage for thinning areas to any outdoor setting. This product can mix and blend perfectly with existing grass. This can cover up to 100 sq. ft. of land area. Contains the following grasses: 70% Jesup Tall Fescue and 30% Spicer Annual Ryegrass.

Planting Instructions:
Mow your lawn closely, then remove leaves, dead grass, etc. Rake, harrow lightly, or aerate the bare spots to proper balance nutrients. Fertilizer and lime if needed. Sow the seed and gently rake to cover. Keep the area well watered until the seed germinate and the seedings have grown sufficiently to cover bare spots, then water as needed.
Care and Maintenance:
Fertilize in the fall and early spring with a balanced fertilizer. Once the lawn is established, apply pre-emerge crabgrass preventer in early spring and weed and feed in midspring. Use lime when pH is low. Water twice weekly when established.
The best times to apply Pennington Bare Spot Repair Mix Central is between the Spring and Fall, as long as the tempatures are not above 85 degress.
