This is the only hummingbird food I will use. My local store ran out and my hummingbirds wouldn't go near the red food. Until I found that Do My Own Pest Control had it, by searching online, I had hummingbirds fly up to my feeder with the red food and fly away. I hardly saw any hummingbirds in my backyard until this food arrived. It shipped fast and I've already gone through a whole bottle in less than a month. I also have nests all over my yard and the hummingbirds fly right up to within 2 feet of my face and just hover. I know the birds like this food better and do not need the red dye to be attracted to your backyard.
