    Would the Pennington Smart Seed Professional Grass Seed Tri-Fescue Tall Fe be a good grass for Ohio?
    am looking for a recommendation for a grass seed variety combination for a shade sun lawn in Cincinnati Ohio I most often do not water because I have 10,000 square feet in odd geometric configuration. I AM planning to oversee THIS FALL. IT IS OCTOBER 3 TODAY.

    Seeding Rates for Permanent Turf, Athletic Fields, Home Lawns, and Roughs would be 5-10 lbs per 1000 sq ft.

    Live in the southern part of Florida, have on shades from trees or building, just direct Florida Hot Sunshine on my yard. What do you recommend to have a grasses Frontyard lawn?
