Pain in the rear end

I received the product and it was damaged and looked to be used, it did not have any of the packaging material, the glueboards or hardware. The only reason they get 2 stars is that they responded so quickly and sent me a new one without any issue. They should be ashamed to have sent me a faulty, used, broken piece of equipment when I paid for a new one. My customer had to wait an additional week to get job done and anyone in this industry knows what a pain rescheduling services can be. Luckily they were patient people and we didn't lose account.
