It is made of heavy-duty galvanized steel that is guaranteed rust-resistant and chew-proof. It features a wire mesh bottom which filters powdery residues or fines that are collected from grain or pelleted feeds. This is to prevent litters from attracting toxic molds that may occur when left in the feeder. It also has a hinged metal lid to cover the feed and keep them from getting wet. It includes independent wire hooks to let you secure it to the hutch or to conveniently fill from the outside with few wire cutting. Its gravity design will supply enough feed at a time to make it last for several days. It comes with card holder for feeding records.
