I live in LaBelle, Florida where we have a problem with big headed ants. I was not taken care of by a professional company that promised 6 sprays on my yard to help control the problem. They only came twice and treated my yard. I politely fired them!! They lost my business with poor customer service. I was so thankful to find this company and do my own spraying. This product is wonderful and I have hundreds of dead ants. It definitely works; no need for the sorry professional that promises, charges a lot of money and doesn't deliver.

We get an annual termite inspection and had a terrible ant problem during the time the inspector visited. I asked him what he would recommend to help with the increasing ant problem and he gave me about an ounce of phantom. It took care of the problem quickly so I ordered a bottle to keep on hand for future use.

We have just started using it in our Apartments seems to be working on roaches etc the tenants have not found it offensive in any way

I sprayed a week, 7 days, and I think its finally taking effect. The bites continued for the first few days but are tapering off now. Last night was my first completely bite free night. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for success!

My elderly mom got bedbugs from another lady who plays cards with her, I used phantom as the initial treatment after a complete tear down, clean, box springs and mattress encasement, and followed up with Temprid FX. it worked like a charm and she is now 1 month in the clear. it smells a little like latex paint, but not the obnoxious chemical smell of pesticide, it is nearly invisible when dry, and IT WORKS...

What pros DON'T have this product in their arsenal? If you don't already, order it today. As a professional exterminator, i've always loved this material- works great on ants, roaches, bedbugs, etc, every time (TIP: especially effective with SPRING WATER- as is true with all professional products). I've personally done many a "once & done" german roach hit with this material (tank mixed with my favorite IGRs). I gave Spectre 2 SC (by CSI)- a similar formulation- the same rating- had to make sure i did the same for BASF, because i use both. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK BASF!

Afetre apply this insecticide per the instructions, it has eliminated by pesky ant problem totally. Application twice a year has been sufficent to keep the ghost ants out of the house.

I got this to treat surfaces for ants, termites and earwigs. No termites yet plague my house but the others do. These were not pharo or argentine ants, yet I did not identify the species specific to my residence. I do not know if it deters carpenter bees, I could only access one side of the porch they were boring into and within days saw fresh sawdust from their boring on the non accessible side. Read the label, its explicit for those licensed for pesticide products.

I have used this product for 3 years running. I have applied it according to the direction both inside and outside of my home. I have kids and a small dog and this product has proven very effective in eliminating the unwanted pests and safe relative to my family.

It is working at killing the bed bugs. Rather slow but is more effective than other sprays and longer lasting. Appreciate the lack of spray smell. I have some hope now.

This product was SO easy to use! I was worried about my cat, so I checked the product label and it said once it is dry it's safe for pets--and it certainly was. We had bed bugs in our home and we used this...and they're all gone. What a relief. I was thinking we'd have to throw things out! Love this website and this product and would certainly recommend to others.

It's spring....and I've started to see black ants. Took matters into my own hands and bought this product. So far so good. Wishing a day I was finding dead ants. Now a week later nothing.

Small black ants had made a foothold under the concrete slab of my house, and I had found ants coming out from under the baseboards throughout the house and in my bathtub where they were coming up from the space beneath the shower fitting. Treating the voids with Termidor inside the walls and applying to the outside foundation had no effect, as did traps baited with borax. When, I found winged ants trying to establish new territory in my home, I knew I was in trouble. Thankfully, one application of Phantom Termicide along all baseboards and in wall void alongside the shower had the right outcome. It took a week, to reach full effect. But, now my house is ant free. I plan to reapply in one month for any stragglers just to be safe. Phantom works in bug paradise Florida!

As a owner of a pest control company this is my go to on the follow up service 2 weeks after a bed bug treatment. As a non detectable it allows that ticked away bed bugs to come of out there bidding places. 99 out of a 100 time one, two done!!!!!

We own rental proprerty and with rental property comes alot of unwanted pests should you say! Phantom Insecticide has done an excellent job in terminating those unwanted pests leases if you wanted to say. Wonderful product!

My family owned and operated a pest control company for many years and Phantom is one of the chemical applications used frequently. If you live in an HOA that maintains landscaping with mulch, or if you mulch your own plant beds, you may notice an increase in ant infestations at those times. Most chemical applications found at the local home improvement stores are repellants - they repel pests and divert them around the treated area, but do nothing to actually control the pest population. Phantom works to kill some pests on contact, but the magic is in it's "secondary kill" action. Pests tracking across the treated area will pass the insecticide off to others, e.g., direct contact, food exchange, and grooming. If you've been on the fence about purchasing Phantom, don't hesitate. Phantom works when applied as instructed. You may want to treat certain areas with the foam and others with a diluted mixture. Retreat as necessary. Please follow all dilution instructions and safety precautions in addition to using PPE. This is the second Phantom purchase from Do My Own. Shipment to SW Florida was received quickly.

Used Phantom around the outside perimeter of the entire house. Usually prevents insects from entering. Have also used it indoors where ants were spotted. Per a professional exterminator: Phantom is NOT toxic once it dries, about 20 minutes; insects bring it back to their "homes" and, therefore, the whole colony dies too in a few days; it disrupts the insects' digestive systems.

The phantom product is an absolute must have product if you're dealing with an ant problem that will NOT GO AWAY with the use of other treatments. When this chemical is used properly and in the right quantity it eliminates all of the target pests in the treatment area. Over use will stain walls, furniture and other items that is not intended to be discolored. My order was shipped promptly and arrived when indicated.

Have outside ant problem, and this does not seem to stop them. Would not buy again for this purpose.

Phantom does not repel insects from an area as it is non repellent which means they cannot detect it. It also is a slow kill so it has time to be carried back to other insects and spread through transfer. You will still insects for a time due to this. The only way to keep insects completely out of the home is to seal up all crack and crevices that allow them access inside. Used this product to eliminated ant invasion in the bathroom and kitchen of our newly purchased home. Worked like a charm! We went from ants all over the kitchen backsplash and on the bathroom counter to NONE! Not one! This product is convenient to mix...great for a large area (we decided to do our entire house). Also, we used this in conjunction with the Phantom Spray, which is also terrific. The spray is convenient to use, but it is much better for smaller areas. The mix is much more cost effective for larger areas. In any event, both the spray and the mix are super effective for ant elimination! A+++++
