Most of the nutsedge was killed by multiple applications of Sedgehammer but the speedwell and crabgrass jumped in and common Ortho, Bayer, and Spectracide products won't kill it. I realized too late that I should have used a pre-emergent in the fall. I see several products that may work including Q4 Plus, Quinkill, XLR8, and Trimec, please advise. Thanks!
We would recommend either the name brand Drive XLR8 or the low-cost generic Quinkill Max Crabgrass and Weed Killer. They are both great options to control Speedwell along with Crabgrass and is safe for Bermudagrass. These two herbicides have the same active ingredient, just made by different companies but provide the same level of results.
