Foam Burst

Foam spilled out from the press button. One of them even spilled out when I shook it. The lift cap is intact, not even removed. When I injected into the wall, foam spilled out from press button. The plastic pipe is 90 degree to the can, no bend. I also press very slow, it still spill out. There's no object in side the wall blocks the foam. I also spray into the air in my back yard which for sure nothing block the foams. However, they still spilled out front the press button. It looks like there's design flaw.
