Great product and great service

High sulfur to raise acid level

This stuff works very well when trying to raise the acidity of your lawn soil. If you have take all root rot in your lawn this is what you want to raise the acidity of the soil and kill the fungus. You can use this in conjunction with antifungals. It works very fast. I have sandy soil with St Augustine and it turned my lawn around with one application. the second application a month later and since has been gone. I did spray Propiconazole in between applications to help. Very happy with this product.

Depending on how healthy and ready the lawn is to absorb those nutrients or if the lawn is stressed, you can see results within 7-14 days usually after applying Hi-Yield Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0. It is recommended to apply throughout the growing season which is 3-4 application typically.

Don't see the answer on the label. Other manufacturers of this same product listHi-Yield Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0 as water soluble. I want to spray .25lb per 1000 sqft which would work out to about 1.19lb per gallon of water?
Hi-Yield Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0 is activated by water, but it is not labeled to be mixed with water and then sprayed. You may contact the manufacturer for further information:

Your package instructions say to use 3/4 pound per 1000 sq ft.
For Hi-Yield Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0 the application would be 1 1/2 cups equal to 3/4 lb. You would apply this over 100 sqft area not per plant as directed on the product label.

Once you're done making an application of Hi-Yield Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0, watered it in and allowed the treated area to completely dry, it's safe for your pets to roam around again.
Unfortunately, we do not have the spreader settings for most specific spreaders and the manufacturer does not list that spreader on their bag. Due to the thousands of granules on the market and just as many different types of spreaders, you will want to calibrate your spreader to the product you are using and its application rates.
